Three steps

  1. Download and install Windows: run the installer. macOS: open the .dmg and drag Billyng to Applications. Ubuntu: open the .deb with App Center, or sudo apt install ./billyng*.deb.
  2. Sign in with the account you made here The same email, mobile number and password. The first sign-in needs the internet; after that, it works offline.
  3. Add your GST number and bill Your invoice numbering starts with your first bill.

Good to know

Can I create an account in the desktop app?

No — accounts are created here, on the website, so the plan and its terms are clear before you start. The desktop signs in with that account.

Can I use Billyng on more than one computer?

Yes. Sign in with the same account on each. How many accounts one computer can hold depends on your plan.

Do I need the desktop app?

Not to start. The browser has the same screens. The desktop app is what keeps billing when the internet drops.
