Before you choose
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free bills real GST invoices, works offline and has no time limit. It covers one GST number, 5 products and 20 bills and quotations in a rolling allowance.
Is there a free trial?
There is something better than a timed trial: the Free plan has no time limit. Bill your own shop on it for as long as you like, and move up when you need more.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Creating an account and using the Free plan need no card or payment details.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, from your account, whenever you need. Your bills, customers and products stay exactly as they are.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Billyng tells you on the spot, says which limit it is, and shows the way up. Nothing you have made is touched.
If I move to a smaller plan, do I lose anything?
No. Every bill, customer and product is kept. Anything over the smaller plan’s limits stays readable — it simply cannot be added to until you are back under the limit or move up again.
Can one account bill for several GST numbers?
Yes — each plan includes a number of GST registrations under one login, each with its own invoice numbering, signature and stamp.
