Yes, on the desktop app. Signing in, billing, stock and the khata all work offline, and every invoice still takes the next number. Your work backs up to your account the next time you are connected.

Each product carries its own GST rate. Billyng charges CGST and SGST or IGST from the two state codes, validates GSTINs, and numbers invoices without gaps for each GST number. It does not yet record HSN codes on products or generate e-invoices (IRN).

The desktop app is where a shop bills, offline included. The browser has the same screens when you are online. The phone app shows bills, stock and customers and shares them; billing stays on the desktop and browser.

Use “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in page. We send a code to your email and WhatsApp; enter it with a new password and you are signed in.

Every bill is kept on your computer and can back up to your account automatically. Passwords are stored hashed, sign-in can be protected with a second factor, and no account can see another’s data.
